NEWBERRY LOFT - 3 large rehearsal/class spaces (each approx 30\' x 35\') with sprung floors throughout, that open up to comprise a \'second stage\' performance space. Flexible seating configurations.

GREENROOM COMPLEX - 5 variously sized dressing rooms with makeup mirrors and counters, 2 full bathrooms with showers, kitchenette and greenroom seating area.

ALSO ON PREMISES - individual practice studios, Steinway grand piano, Yamaha Clavinova, additional electric and acoustic pianos, large lobby, concessions, box office (with electronic ticketing services), costume shop, scene shop, prop room, audience restrooms, handicapped accessible with large elevator.
